ConstellationNY management is serving as interim management for the new company during the capital raising phase. The GT business is based on the proprietary intellectual property and patents of the founder and will be entering the market for over-the-counter oral appliances. This portfolio of new products will be direct marketed to consumers with web-based direct response campaigns. Launch is expected in third quarter of this year.
